McLaren Chooses 35 Retail Partners Worldwide

McLaren Automotive, the recently launched sports car company, has listed Rybrook in Birmingham, Jardine Motors Group in London, and Sytner in Manchester as its main retail partners in UK.

All the three retailers form a part of a naive global network of as many as 35 McLaren retailers.

McLaren Automotive has sent across invitations to all of them for the launch of MP4-12C at a chain of events from July 6 to 10 at McLaren's headquarters, the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC).

Ron Dennis, McLaren Auto motive's Executive Chairman, said that it has come out to be a prominent move in McLaren's history.

"We have been rigorous in the selection process of our first group of global retail partners taking a year to select the best thirty-five", said Dennis.

More than 2,500 potential customers have signed in with the carmaker for the purchase of the 12C, thus, the premature demands are likely to be high.

Additionally, the visitors at the event would also place early orders. The first 12C car is expected to be launched in McLaren Birmingham, McLaren London and McLaren Manchester in 2011 during the spring.
