The healthcare experts at NHS have alarmed that execution of the ConDem cuts in the health reforms will trigger disarray in the sector.
They warned that the services are going to be widely affected by the cuts.
NHS England Chief Executive Sir David Nicholson, said that already, when the trust is going through an overhaul introduced by the Government, a ConDem cut in the reforms will affect the quality of the services, the monetary balance, as well as the order in the staff.
He mentioned everything in a letter which he sent across to the trust officials.
NHS officials have planned the reform cuts with an aim of saving at least £15billion to £20billion by the end 2013. The cut has been proclaimed with the approval of Health Secretary, Andrew Lansley.
However, the reforms are being widely opposed by the staffers as well as the patients.
Unison's Head of Health Karen Jennings, said, "The dangers are there to see in this letter - falling quality and mounting financial difficulties".
He added that the reforms will burden the staffers and the patients with heavier costs, for reduced number of services.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lansley said that measures will reduce the costs borne by the staff and increase the number of patients.
