When Ask.com was unveiled for the first time as Ask Jeeves, at that time also, it was just formed for queries.

A user has to type the question on the home page of site and go to the search option, after this the page providing several answers for the question opens. In the new site, one more option has been added and on that the user can ask the community about his query.

"The capability to pose questions to real people is now possible for those complex and subjective, no matter how advanced, computers simply can't address”, the Company said in a blog post.

According to the experts, the way Ask.com deals with the queries of the users is certainly a smarter method in comparison with its competitors. The site holds a proprietary Q&A matching technology, which sends the user’s question to the expert of that field, providing the most suitable answer.

This new option is offered to look for the more detailed information about the users’ questions. The update in the site will perhaps increase the number of responses for a question.

Ask.com has said that till now; nearly 13,000 people have logged on the site.
