CNSI secures contract worth $32 million

CNSI has secured an order worth $32 million from Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) to provide lab-wide telecommunications support services.

Under the arrangement, CNSI will operate and maintain the Los Alamos Integrated Communication System (LAICS), including engineering, system upgrades, enhancements and additions.

In addition, provisions for Move, Addition and Change services (MACs) are included in the contract, as are Engineer Furnish and Installation (EF&I) services. The company has accepted operational responsibilities, replacing the previous contractor, Qwest Government Services, Inc.

Headquartered in Rockville, Maryland CNSI is a full-service IT business solutions provider that has enjoyed steady growth since its incorporation in 1994.

The company delivers a broad portfolio of IT and business process outsourcing solutions to a diverse base of commercial and government clients, including Department of Homeland Security, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Energy, Amtrak, and several state agencies.
