The President of Trillium Gift of Life Network, Frank Markel says that now the organ donation rate is improving in Canada. For example, in the previous year, Ontario reported a 50% increase in the donation rate.
The poll results indicate that almost half of Canadians are in favor of donating their organs at the time of death. Another 42% have still not taken their decision and the rest 7 % have made up their mind not to donate their organs to anyone.
