As per the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Father Luke, who believes that humor and advertisement are two important components in ministering, went ahead with something that in a way did not suit Best Buy well.

Trying to minister his flock of shepherds, father decorated his VW Beetle, colored in black, orange and white and it read ‘God Squad’.

It is somewhat easy to picture that in more often than not dark and boring lands of Wisconsin, as this car was capable at surprising people with amazement and fill them with humor.

But, that could not make Best Buy laugh after it read the logo.

Father Strand, who at present is ministering at the Holy Family Catholic Community in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, was rather shocked after receiving a cease-and-desist memo from Best Buy, according to which, the firm thought that he was violating the firm’s trademark.

This logo is very close to firm’s Geek Squad equivalent, and it is for real. But surely, there may have been a lot, who seemed to be all impressed with God’s earthly envoy.

Paula Baldwin, who ministers at Best Buy’s public relations department, was adamant at saying that the firm should actually go ahead at pursuing all trademark violation instances and take action.
