HP and Dell both have raised their offers for 3PAR bid

Two of the leading computer makers of the world Dell and Hewlett Packard (HP) have raised their offers again in the bidding battle to take over the data storage firm 3PAR.

HP has raised its bid price to 1.8 billion dollars or 27 dollars per share to take control of 3PAR and the bad was well above the 1.6 billion dollars bid by Dell but as the latest twist in the bidding battle Dell matched up to the 1.8 billion dollars bid of HP.

Because of the fact just after some hours HP raised its bid price again and said it wanted to pay 2 billion dollars for the takeover now or 30 dollars per share on its statement earlier.

Dell has already made an agreement with the company 3PAR which makes it the preferred bidder for the take over as long as it matches the bid price of its rivals.

Because of the increasing bid amount by HP, Dell has requested its shareholders to support the company for the bidding. Market experts are also waiting for the result of this complicated bid as both of the companies do not want to lose the deal.
