Last time, when Apple's yet to be launched iPhone was revealed much in advance because of a negligence of an employee, the whole world was aware of the latest offering from the IT major and that too at a flashing speed.

The same has happened this time to Samsung as it Galaxy Tab has been spotted before any final launch by the Korean chaebol. The new portable device with a7-inch screen was spotted in Australia with the official of the company travelling in a train.

Reportedly the device is subjected to run on the Android operating system and is quite different to the Apple ipad.

The product is to be released by Samsung on September 2 and with the tablet market growing at a fast speed, this will b a huge hit among the people.

As per the analysts the tablets are expected to account for almost one fifth of personal computers by the year 2015. This drive would be largely driven at the cost of net books as they fail to synchronise data across services.

Little wonder, that other bigwigs like LG and Blackbery fame -Research in Motion are also chalking out plans to roll out a slate device.
