Americans have made their vacation plan small during recession

The American people usually enjoy the vacations with very luxurious style and they do not hesitate to spend money to that. But according to the travel agencies, the Americans called off their trips in last year because of the economic condition of the country.

In this year the travelers have shown their interest again in holiday making even with a slower rate and smaller vacation plans as they are not sure about the future of the economic state of the country.

Leisure industry experts say that the costs cut by the travel firm have attracted many people to have a vacation. The president of Elite Travel International, Stacy H. Small has said that most of the clients of the company who had cancelled their trip were business owners and they said that they were just worried about the uncertainty of the global economy.

Because of the economic fears the traveler are now interested in short term vacation trips and they are even spending time with their relatives as a holiday. The travel and vacation industry has gone into deep trouble from last year and many reputed travel agencies have been closed in recent months.
