Underage Girl Complaints Having Sexual Encounter with HIV Infected

A minor girl, after having sex with a Sudanese HIV-positive man lodged a complaint against him with Winnipeg police, as he didn’t inform in advance about his infection.

Apay Ogouk, the accuser got arrested in Calgary, last week and on Tuesday, he was brought to Winnipeg.

There have also been some more complaints against the same suspect in Winnipeg or Calgary, the region he belongs to, as told by the police. Two of the victims, aged 24 and 29, have already reported to get contracted with HIV virus, after having sex with the accuser.

Post the lodging of the complaint by the latest victim; the two women recorded their complaints, as well.

Const.Natalie Aitken, police Spokeswoman expressed that the girl was just 16, when she indulged in the sexual relationship with the man.

Aitken said, “He is now facing a third count of aggravated sexual assault and new charges of sexual assault and sexual interference”.

There is no clue if the virus got transmitted to the underage girl or not.

According to court documents, the accused man performed his shameless activities between Jan. 1, 2006, and Dec. 31, 2007.

The underage girl had sexual instances with the man between August 2009 and March 2010, who never told him that he was infected with HIV virus.
