The Kinect will be restricted to the region and Microsoft has to patch in the voice feature, while recognition of both British and American English will be supported by the device.

Microsoft has said that it will make the device accessible to the United States and the UK as soon as possible, whereas Europe has to wait for the patch until spring 2011.

It means Kinect players will not be able to use the voice command side of the peripheral for six months, which is very disappointing. Kinect will also support Mexican, Japanese and Spanish along with the US and UK English languages.

Experts are expecting that Kinect might experience the problem in future that how to cope with the British accents.
