The Indian subsidiary of the Japanese auto major, Suzuki Motor corporation, Suzuki Motorcycles has recently said that the company has posted a growth of 51% in the unit sales for the month of August in the Indian market.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Suzuki operating in the Indian market to gain consumers mind space in the two-wheeler segment has recently said that the company has sold 19,314 units over the past month, which is way up as compared to 12,809 units in the same month last year.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Vice President (Sales and Marketing) Atul Gupta said in a statement that the company would like to keep the growth momentum in a similar pace in the coming months and as the company gives value for money products to the consumer, the overwhelming response to the consumers is more than justified.

It may be noted here that the company also added in its statement that the success of the GSX 150 and the Access 125 has contributed to a large extent for the whopping growth filed by the company over the past month.
