Apple has recently made an official confirmation on its UK technology website that its iOS 4.1 will hit the store shelves on the coming Wednesday, 8th of September.

However, the US and the French websites still seem to be unknown to the news, as they are still displaying that the device is "coming soon".

Despite a wide array of features, iOS 4.0 posed numerous issues with the entire iPhone 3G community, after the software made a market landing.

However, later the technology giant, Apple addressed these issues, pledging to develop a firmware fix to the issues very soon.

And keeping to its promise the fix is slated to mark a hit on September 8 in the form of iOS 4.1, Apple CEO Steve Jobs revealed at the Company’s September 1 event, in San Francisco.

Finally, the technology Company has been successful in nailing each and every issue with its troublesome iOS 4.1 software that actually hampered the operating speed of the iPhone 3G handsets, Lifehacker claimed.

In addition, the site has recently posted a video that features an implicit comparison of the iPhone 3G unit, operating on iOS 4.0 and iOS 4.1, subsequently.
