Justin Bieber fever rising at Md. State Fairgrounds

Thousands of fans smitten by Justin Bieber lined up at the Maryland State Fairgrounds gates dressed up with colorful Justin Bieber outfits and pajamas and everything else related to the singing star, since early Sunday morning in Timonium just to reserve a good seat for the star's sold-out concert tonight.

Fans had started arriving from as early as 11 p. m. on Saturday in order to reserve the best general admission seats for the concert, and by 8 a. m. the crows was big enough to cause a traffic snarl. For miles, people had lined up along the roadways.

The gates were opened at 8 a. m. for the fans to get issued wristbands of different colors, which indicated specific timings when they could later enter the concert area.

Workers at the Fairgrounds were dazzled by the turnout, saying they had never seen such a crowd at the state fair since the last 6 years. At least a thousand people were there at the grounds by 7.15 am. Such a crowd had not been anticipated.

The crowd was mostly comprised of fanatic young teenage girls and their parents who had brought them to see the phenomenon called Beiber Fever.
