Epic Mickey has been slated to be out in stores for sale on the 1st of November 2010. If anyone is eager to get their hands on the game as quickly as possible, you also have the option to pre-order it over the internet.

There would be two options to choose from, the standard edition and the Disney Epic Collector’s Edition.

In what is being described for the game is that it would be in the genre of action-adventure gaming. The game would be based on the Nintendo Wii platform would revolve around Mickey starting out in an alternate world known as Wasteland.

The terrain and the visuals in the game have been inspired from animated films by Disney. In the game, Mickey is able to use paint and paint thinner to alter the world around. Using these abilities, Mickey’s ultimate goal in the game is to become an epic hero.

Disney also screened a trailer of the title at the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle.

Legendary Warren Spector who is also involved in the development of the game Epic Mickey launched the Penny Arcade Expo this year. Spector christened the expo on the lines of greats like Ken Levine and Ron Gilbert who have had the honor of inaugurating the expo in earlier years.
