Tuesday Morning Corp. profit rises in fourth quarter

Tuesday Morning Corp. has reported its fourth quarter financial results for the fiscal year of 2010-11. Tuesday Morning Corp. the leading retailer of the country that sells housewares and gifts at reasonable amount of discounts.

The company has informed that the sales of the firm have been quite impressive during theses three months of time and it has pushed the net profit up. It has also said that, it has managed to return back to profit in the reviewed quarter after huge sales.

The company has posted earning of $1.3 million or 3 cents per share for the quarter that ended on 30th June in the current year. For its corresponding figure in the previous year, the firm had suffered a loss of $1.6 million, or 4 cents per share.

Revenue of Tuesday Morning Corp. has gone up by 6% in this quarter and has touched $200.8 million which was recorded $188.7 million in the same quarter during the previous financial year. The company has also said that is has managed to increase its customer base in this period of time.
