World’s Biggest Coffee Morning

World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is being held on the 24th of September this year. And McMiilan Cancer Support has asked for help from all corners of the society to help in raising funds by drinking a coffee on the morning of that day.

A renowned cancer charity, McMillian Cancer Support would be teaming up with M&S at its cafes in order to serve coffees and to raise money for the charity through the sale of coffee.

M&S have further decided to give away 10% of the value of products through the month of August and for this month as well for the noble cause. They would be donating 50p for each and every coffee that is sold on the fateful day, which is the 24th of September.

McMillian have further informed that coffee mornings can be held anywhere around the 24th of September, be it your crick club, your home or even at somebody’s garden though do remember to send in a little token of appreciation to McMillian Cancer Support.

According to the data available, it has been found that near three-thousand people suffer from cancer every year, it has also been found that 1/3rd of the population in Dorset are said to have suffered from cancer in a lifetime.
