Nestor Kirchner is reported to be back to the hospital due to some heart issue. The president is reported to have suffered from such heart issues for the second time this year.

However, officials claimed on Saturday that former Argentinean President is reported to be in a poised condition following being taken to the hospital after he reported to suffer from heart issue.

Doctors have claimed that 60-year-old Kirchner has undergone an angioplasty and is now recuperating well. Besides, he was made to undergo another procedure in February to clear a blockage in his heart.

He was rushed to same Buenos Aires clinic, where he underwent an emergency surgery last February in a view to remove plaque from his right carotid artery.

Mr. Kirchner is expected to stand for presidency of the South American country next year. If he is successful, he would substitute his wife, Cristina Kirchner. He is currently the secretary general of Unasur, the Union of South American Nations.

He assisted the country in getting out of the troubling waters of the devastating economic turmoil during his term from 2003 to 2007.

It is assured that either he or his wife would adorn the post of president in 2011.
