John Lewis Shaping a New Insurance Industry
John Lewis Shaping a New Insurance Industry

Britain's most loved store, will reportedly be offering some insurance products for which the consumers of course will have to pay some extra cash.

Going on with their slogan 'never knowingly undersold on quality, price or service', the store has come up with this brand new idea following the several strikes, volcanic ash and floods that the consumers had to face this year.

Though many of the consumers were able to get £30 compensation from their insurance, so many travelers had to go through utter disappointment due to the delays and cancellations soon after the ash cloud disaster.

While John Lewis intends to make quality its main concern in comparison to money, it looks like the store is likely to take the insurance industry to a different destination.

Justin van der Pant of John Lewis Insurance asserted, "Our prices will reflect the comprehensiveness of our cover. We did extensive research and found this is what our customers want. We believe our products are good value considering their nature".

John Lewis is planning to ditch its sister Company Greenbee as the Company lacks recognition. This Company, Greenbee is said to offer holiday service and phone and broadband cover.

Subsequent to the mistake made by 10,000 drivers last year of filling up their cars with the wrong fuel, John Lewis has this year brought in mis-fuelling cover as standard.
