Disney Secretary Admits Her Fault

Bonnie Hoxie, who is a 34-year-old ex Secretary to Walt Disney Co. corporate communications Chief Zenia Mucha, has owned up that she tried to sell confidential information in order to buy designer bags and shoes.

Yesterday, she confessed in front of the U. S. Magistrate Judge Michael Dolinger that she committed securities fraud and wire fraud along with her boyfriend, Yonni Sebbag. Bonnie has been given a jail term of 4 to 10 months in jail, which is quite less.

The duo sold financial secrets and documents to as many as 33 investment Companies, which informed the FBI.

Sebbag also admitted that he was involved in the fraud, when he came to know that he might get a sentence of 27 to 33 months.

On the other hand, Bonnie’s lawyer, Robert Baum is defending her and said that her client had no clue that Sebbag was planning to sell the inside information.

Baum further said that her client is very upset and angry with her partner and hasn’t seen her for long.

Sebbag is a citizen of Morocco and is facing deportation. He has been put behind the bars after the incident. Sebbag also agreed to return $15,000 that he took for leaking the information.
