Having sat prior for an onscreen interview on Dancing with the Stars, the controversial politician, Sarah Palin is said to have appeared on live television to support her daughter.

It looked like Sarah Palin was booed as host Tom Bergeron grabbed a seat next to her and her daughter Piper.

While broadcaster ABC asserted that the boos were actually a remonstration against the marks given by the judges to dancer Derek Hough and actress Jennifer Grey, they were initially thought to be for Sarah Palin.

Refusing to comment of the marks for her daughter was yet to perform; she remarked, “The judges are awesome. It’s like before a hockey game - you're not going to chew out the ref before your team is on the ice!”

The main performer for the night, 'Bristol the pistol’, is said to have collected 22 points out of 30 along with partner Mark Ballas. When asked to talk about what place she liked more, Los Angeles or Alaska, she said that she liked Alaska better.

The Week 2 of ‘Dancing with the Stars’, has asked the celebrities to make a choice between the jive and the quickstep and while Rick Fox plans to jive to the tune ‘Tush’, he too is said to spank his partner Cheryl Burke during the performance.
