With gold hitting all time high Fed’s next move will be under scrutiny

On Wednesday gold has hit its lifetime high and bagged its tenth record in the last twelve sessions. Dollar saw a fall against a number of other currencies as people expected that the Federal Reserve will take measures to pull up the economy. 

Silver XAG saw a record thirty-year high where as ETF holdings also went up to make another record. Palladium XPD also went up to reach a five-year high. Yuan remain4ed farm and raised hopes that more buying will be done by gold consumers of China. 

As per Reuters a report from important hedge fund adviser Medley Global stated that the Federal Reserve will possibly take measures regarding quantitative easing which will be announced after its meeting in the November. 

By zero four five three Greenwich mean time Gold XAU reached the amount of one thousand three hundred and eleven decimal five five dollars after hitting the amount of one thousand three hundred and twelve decimal zero five dollars per ounce. It was up by four dollars and fifteen cents. The US gold futures also saw a record high. 

Ronald Leung, director of Lee Cheong Gold Dealers in Hong Kong stated that the mood of the market is bullish as the US economy seems week and the Federal Reserve will bring in measures to rescue it .With Yuan getting appreciated some people in mainland China thought of buying a bit of gold. 

The dollar saw losses against an array of currencies and hit a eight-month low on this Wednesday. It got affected as rumors spread that the Fed will take measures to pull out the economy in the second half of this year. 

The Yuan CNY =CFXS saw a rise of its highest level since the currency got reevaluated in the month of July of 2005. Washington had kept pressing Beijing all along for letting the currency appreciated.
