The anti-virus software Company, AVG has announced that it has upgraded the anti-virus software to cater to the needs of small enterprises. The new upgrade would provide the software to promise an increased protection against the web and social networking.
The AVG Internet Security 2011 has been stated by the firm to have been developed using the response of the customers. The design of the software is also such, that it would be quicker and more responsive to the user.
The Chief Executive of AVR Technologies, J R Smith stated that "AVG 2011 harnesses the power of our community by leveraging our 110 million users”.
The Company that caters to the security concerns of computer users across the world has stated that internet security threats appear and disappear on sites, within a span of 24hrs. Companies across the world should update their security arrangements on a regular basis.
The enhanced anti-virus software would allow entrepreneurs to surf the internet without any concerns of their security being breached. The Company has also revealed that the installation of the software is extremely user friendly. There is a ‘game mode’, in the application as-well that allows it to scan computer directories for viruses, while running in the background.
