Since the very first day in this week, the Internet has been full of fake LinkedIn contact request and the experts have advised the internet users not to fall in any fake link.
As per the report from the Cisco securities for a time span of 15 minutes on last Monday the LinkedIn spam was accounted for more than 25% of the total number of spam tracked by the patrolling system of the company.
Identifying the messages as a spam is very easy for the security organizations as the messages always claim the recipients have two more messages waiting for response.
According to the Cisco blog the attack by the spam is extreme for both its focus on business users and also for its ferocity.
If somebody clicks on the link offered by the spam message, a less effective but hungry Trojan virus will come in to the PC of the user which could be dangerous for the bank accounts and passwords of all the websites.
The Cisco Securities have warned the internet users to avoid these kinds of messages to keep their PC clean and to avoid hacking of their accounts.
