It is rejoice for all the BlackBerry owners who miss their favorite programmes on the BBC, now can catch up on the go with the recently released iPlayer app.

Initially one had to surf to the iPlayer website, but now BBC has actually launched a dedicated app to provide a much simpler and easier process, for a slick user-friendly interface.

The application can be downloaded from the iPlayer from the BlackBerry App World, where it comes free for download. It goes easy with the Storm 2, Bold 9700 and Torch 9800 phones running OS 5 or better, although a few of the users disagree that the application is not working on the 9700 with OS 6.

However most of the lots are parsing about how well it runs on their 9700, so we're not completely certain of the fact that an issue might be prevailing in the same.

The BBC iPlayer for BlackBerry can offer almost anything which is being aired Auntie's channels in the last week, so you never have to miss another Nigella recipe for sweet and salty crunch nut bars again.
