Great Lakes Fish Corporation, the single largest owner of Lake Erie fish quota has notified that it has completed the acquisition of Kingsville Fishermen's Company.
Kingsville Fishermen's Company has a long-standing reputation of supplying quality freshwater fish to Canadian and US-based food service providers. The firm was established in 1951.
With the acquisition, Great Lakes Fish has become one of the world's largest freshwater fish processors.
Great Lakes Fish, established in 2007, has nearly 200 employees and operates in many ports on the North Shore of Lake Erie including Wheatley, Kingsville, and Port Dover, Ontario.
