A Quebec lady who asserts that she shell out a doctor $2,000 to speed up surgical procedure for her cancer- suffering mother is lifting queries regarding whether corruption is being experienced in the region’s health-care organization.

Vivian Green expressed that she was performing what she must to in an attempt to rescue her aged mother, who had been identified with pancreatic cancer subsequent to she felt an ache in her side.

So she went to the doctor at Montreal's Jewish General Hospital, to who she expressed that he established the $2,000 and then revisited it. Green then presented the money to a subsequent doctor at the city's Royal Victoria Hospital who established it, she asserts.
