Four years ago, a vigorous fitness regime to fit into her Daisy Duke shorts, gave Jessica Simpson, 28, one of the top bodies in Hollywood . However, today the 5' 3" star, has given up her hard earned 36-24-36 figure, and she showed a distinctly curvier shape, as she sang tracks from her country album 'Do You Know' at a gig in Florida, over the weekend.

Following a slew of reports ridiculing Simpson's fuller figure, Kim Kardashian, 28, one curvy girl coming to the defence of another with curves, told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview: 'Call me crazy, but when I saw the picture [of Simpson performing 25th January in Pembroke Pines, Fla.], I was like, 'Oh my God, Jessica looks hot!'

Neither did Kardashian, attending this weekend's Super Bowl with football player beau Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints, have any issues whatsoever with Simpson's high-waisted jeans, an outfit slammed by many critics, saying: 'I get that she does look curvier, but to me, there's nothing wrong with it.'

Kardashian, with her curves is no stranger to barbs herself and says: 'It doesn't really bother me anymore. I love curves. Being super skinny just isn't attractive to me. When I saw that picture, I knew everyone was going to say something. And, I thought, 'You know what? Leave Jessica alone!' She's fabulous, she's a really sweet girl, and I admire her for putting up with it.'

Simpson's sister, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz echoes in her blog, that she is 'completely disgusted' with the headlines about her sister's weight.
