Obama backs a Reform he opposed during the Elections

President Obama has given up the shoes he used to be once and has decided to take a stand for a belief he previously opposed. The stance has been taken by the President himself, after a district court in Virginia had ruled against the health reforms stating that they were unconstitutional.

It needs to be remembered that Obama had spoken out against the idea of making it mandatory for Americans to apply for insurance. Apart from that, it needs to be reminded that Obama had time and again opposed the idea during his campaign for presidency and had even criticized the opposition for such unnecessary plans.

It was during a debate in Los Angeles nearly 3-years ago, when Obama had said that if insurance is made affordable for everyone, everybody will think about opting for it. He had spoken out against Hillary Clinton, who was a fellow candidate at that point of the time.

Though, a couple of line, it seems the President himself has changed his opinion about the health-care legislation. Many Americans have already spoken out against the reforms and a greater number are opposing it and it is clear from a recent survey conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation, which reported that 7 out of the 10 respondents were against the plans.
