Weight Watchers a Better Bet for Losing Weight

Ashley Gibson is a 26-year old actor, who is based in Toronto. It was way back in the year 2006, when Ashley was told to lose 30lbs for a specific role by her director. It was in the month of August, when Ashley started to work on losing the excess flab by seeking help from Weight Watchers, and by the year 2007, she successfully lost that extra flab.

Talking about the feeling she got, when she successfully lost the extra kilograms, Ashley says that she felt great. However, it was in 2010, when a change of job, resulted in her schedule going helter-skelter and coupled with a poor diet, Ashley gained back the extra pounds.

Ashley says that she is absolutely ecstatic to be back in the group. She adds that a newly developed program by the Company makes weight loss a lot easier. The new initiative that has been launched is named as PointsPlus. It is all about encouraging one another and informing people about the best exercises and about foods that can help in losing weight.

Apart from all this, people are also told about saturated fat products, which are found in added sugar and sodium. It has been reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association that people, who sought help from Weight Watchers and attended regular congregations lost more weight, when compared to others.

Talking about the program Ashley exclaims, "It has helped me to reach my goals, become a healthier person and ultimately change my life. I want to shout it from the rooftops". So here it is, nothing is better than regular exercising and a good diet in losing weight.
