Law enforcement authorities in Toronto have recently released images of a man charged with three counts of sexual assault. The man has allegedly been held responsible for having multiple sexual partners without telling them about his prevailing medical condition.
The 33-year old man has been identified as Steve Ralph, who is infected with the HIV/AIDS virus and had withheld this information from the three women he got sexually involved with. The man is also known with his nickname, `Shorty'.
He has been residing in the northern end of Toronto for the past many years. Women, who might have come in physical contact with the alleged defaulter, have been asked to seek immediate medical care. Meanwhile, police officials have also asked the victims to get in touch with them and disclose any information they might have about Ralph.
According to data procured by the police, the man knew about his HIV/AIDS status since the May of 2003. The man is also facing charges for breaking the terms of a probation that had been levied on him. It is also being suspected that apart from the women who have reported Ralph, there are many others who are currently unaware of the risks they might be at.
