Goldman CEO Blankfein Said to Visit Groupon to Pitch Stock Offer

The Goldman Sachs Group Inc CEO paid a visit to the Chicago to settle all the issues regarding the sales of the shares and also to make an effort to pitch executives for the purpose of various posts that are on offer in the company.

There are many persons who are involved with the talk process and this is indeed one of the best ways to induce people for the talks. For this purpose itself we see that Morgan Stanley is in negotiation with the various other groups including the Groupon to arrange for an initial public offering. This much was available from the discussions as the entire content of the discussions was not made public since it is private affairs.

The recent visit of the Blankfein has indeed been very significant which reiterates the fact that companies and organizations are interested in working with the Groupon. Now Groupon is a 2 year old company that has been in the lime light for the last two years that actually rebuffed a huge takeover of $6 billion from the Google and this is one of the aspects that have helped in the cause in a major way. The company is now contemplating a value of $15 billion which the people are very much familiar with in present situation.

We see that there are several cases where we find that company reflects the condition for the healthy transaction for the people involved in the business.  The spokesperson of the Groupon Julie Mossler and his counterpart from the Goldman Sachs David Wells has declined to make any comment regarding the issue. These two companies are the security firms that are looking for cash rich assignments to what is slated to become a multi billion IPO for the web startups. And there are many popular brands who are trying to plan the strategy for the share sales.
