EA: ‘Dragon Age II’ will include special code to unlock ‘Ser Isaac of Clarke’ ar

Announcement what apparently is the coolest cross promotion of the year that has just begun, Electronics Arts (EA) recently that Dragon Age II will include a special code for unlocking a fantasy edition of Ser Isaac of Clarke - the famous leading character of `Dead Space 2.'

According to the details forwarded by EA, the Xbox 360 and PC versions of Dead Space 2 - developed by EA's Visceral Games studio; and scheduled for a January 25 release - will comprise a special one-time code that will help players unlock Isaac's special armor in BioWare's forthcoming RPG.

Though the armor will also be accessible by PS3 owners, the "detailed instructions" for the same will have to be checked on the insert sleeve of the game. The special set of armor, though modeled on the lines of Isaac's armor from Dead Space 2, will apparently have a notably medieval touch to it; and will require high dexterity and craftiness. The armor will essentially boost the user's armor stat and incorporate a couple of rune slots.

The so-termed `Ser Isaac of Clarke' armor will bring along a seamless integration of the sci-fi suit into the fantasy world of Dragon Age.

The move further highlights EA's well-documented fondness of some atypical associations - earlier too, the stars of the M-rated games Army of Two and Mass Effect took to the skies in the family-friendly MySims SkyHeroes; while Spore developer Will Wright played a cameo role in The Simpsons Game; and the Burger King served as corner man in Fight Night Round 3.
