We have heard to lots of cases regarding the people responding towards the internet messages including e-mails or chat. In some cases, people take these mails seriously and start following them without verifying their genuineness. These issues sometimes lead the victim to a very hazardous situation.
Often people use emails to threaten or warn other people. The same type of situation was seen in Queensland recently.
A Health employee of Queensland has been restricted after demanding the staff that didn’t go on work throughout the floods. The memo was about requesting staff to supply proof with photographs to validate their leave regarding flood.
Paul Lucas Health Minister of Queensland has declared the note to be disgusting and the most stupid mails which is been sent to staffs. In this case an employee of RBWH (The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital) has been warned.
Mr. Lucas has stated that all employees must show some maturity and use their common sense in this situation. He also urges not to send such type of mails to people and create such a nuisance situation amidst flood.
