Wolfgang Kurt Busch, man who is 59 year old was presented in court on Thursday. This man is facing 10 charges for the purpose of touching children in the inappropriate manner. This was after the effects of the incidence that took place at the COMOX valley Aquatic centre last week.

This is due to him being incapable of producing consent to the supervisor of the bail, and had left the province.

When at the hearing, the man look disorganized and tousled up. He was wearing a pair of jeans with as t-shirt. There were shackles put around his ankles. The judge for the hearing was Peter Doherty. The lawyer of man is Matthew Low. Also present at the hearing was Bruce Morrison, the Crown Council.

There was an imposition of $10000 made on Busch for his actions. There is a security amount that he has to pay as well. Besides this there is a curfew period that shall be imposed on him.

This is 9 pm to 6 am. An additional condition is that he is not going to be allowed to leave the island f Vancouver without permission from the bail supervisor. There are arrangements made at the aquatic centre for the security of the children so that there are no further cases.
