Access Hollywood reports, R&B singer Usher cancelling a performance Saturday night, skipping Clive Davis' pre-Grammy bash, to rush to Brazil , to be by the side of his ailing wife Tameka, who is said to be suffering from complications from plastic surgery.

Reportedly, a neurosurgeon Dr. Gabriel Hunt, of Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles is also on the way to South America to help Usher's wife of a little over a year.

Tameka Foster, who gave birth to the couple's second son in December, has denied reports of joining the cast of the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta ', in March. The couple, who married in 2007 in a simple ceremony, cancelled the original, more lavish wedding, due to Usher's mother, who disapproved his relationship with Tameka, who has 3-sons from a previous relationship. The couple's first son is 1-year old.
