A Public Eulogy By Caylee Anthony’s Grandmother

In a eulogy published in the Orlando Sentinel Sunday, slain toddler Caylee Anthony's grandmother says the child's life didn't end 'without a purpose' and her grand-daughter 'now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children'.

Cindy Anthony says in honour of Caylee's memory, the family will be starting the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation, to generate awareness for missing children and establish programmes for the well-being of children in need of comfort and support.

Caylee, whose remains were found 11th December in a wooded area, two miles from her home, was 2-years old when she went missing last summer. Her mother, Casey Anthony has been charged with her murder.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Orlando. The public is invited to attend though no cameras will be allowed inside.
