In a late Monday disclosure, gossip outlet TMZ said that a restraining order had been issued against Pradeep Manukonda – the 31-year-old man who had been allegedly stalking the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
According to TMZ, the restraining order against Manukonda was issued after he tried to show up at various Facebook offices as well as Zuckerberg’s house in Palo Alto, California; and sent Facebook messages to Zuckerberg, his sister Randi Zuckerberg, and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan.
In some of these Facebook messages, Manukonda even told Zuckerberg that he was “ready to die for you.”
Furthermore, TMZ, which obtained a handwritten letter written by Manukonda to Zuckerberg, also revealed that Manukonda had sought financial assistance from Zuckerberg for his allegedly ill mother.
In his lengthy, disturbing plea for help, Manukonda had written in the somewhat bizarre letter: “I have no harmful intentions or get associated with your name. Believe me what I am doing is my last efforts to save my mother. Hope you are going to understand a son pain. I am waiting outside your house please do the heedful assistance in saving my mother.”
Though Manukonda did not clearly mention the exact amount of cash he wanted from Zuckerberg, he did promise that he would “repay the entire amount incurred for her treatment.”
