A share holder lawsuit in a shocking revelation said that the Playboy mansion that is home to the Play Boy magazine founder Mr. Hugh Hefner is worth 54 million dollar. The playboy enterprise Inc. has its corporate throne in the playboy mansion located in Los Angeles that has as many as twenty nine rooms in it and a movie studio. The revelation came as a shock as the value that was published by the publisher in his book comes no where near the revealed figure; in fact the amount revealed is forty five times more than the amount that got published in the magazine.

According to an amended complaint that was filed on 4th of February in the Delaware Chancery Court situated in Wilmington, the man in Charge Mr. Hefner whose age is roughly around 84 yrs and the playboy enterprise together are concealing the real value of the companies asset including the manor with an intension to take it private and that too without paying a just price to the minority stake that is not owned by Hefner. The lawyer for the shareholder Mr. Charles and Mr. Gottlieb said in the compliant filed that the information that was sent to the minority stake holders that described the deal seemed to be designed with an intention to mislead the shareholders of the company or at least confuse them.

The lawsuit that was originally filed in the month of July is one of the two from the shareholders challenging the takeover attempt of the chief of playboy enterprise. Hefner is known to have offered 6.15 dollars for every share that he doesn’t own, the information being in the lawsuit that was filed through two different classes of stocks, Hefner controls a majority 69.5 % of the voting power of the playboy enterprise.
