Lindsay Lohan Appears In Necklace Theft Trial

Lindsay Lohan was supposed to appear in the court on Wednesday where a judge had to decide whether the allegation of $2,500 necklace theft could be resolved without attending the trial.

This incident occurred at an upscale jewelry store in the beachside community of Venice and she has pleaded for not guilty.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, Keith Schwartz, was supposed to decide whether the case can be resolved before trial but he opined that Lindsay had already violated her probation in a drunken driving case. He also cautioned her about putting behind bars if she created any other problems.

"Everybody else has to follow the law”, Schwartz told Lohan this month. "You're no different than anyone else. So please, don't push your luck”.

It is becoming a major trouble for her as she was put behind bars and sent to rehab twice earlier following the violation of her probations.

During her time spent in rehab at the Betty Ford Center, she was also accused by another worker following an argument though prosecutors have not made up their minds on whether to pursue charges in that case or not.

This tragedy has affected her career majorly as she lost her part in a biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace while she was receiving treatment at Betty Ford.
