CPP to acquire assets of a Netherlands-based firm

CPP global Holdings Ltd. a company based in Coventry, which produces body panels and chassis for Spyker, and has been doing this consistently for the last ten years starting from 2000. Since the year of 2009 it has also been producing the C8 Aileron. The company has recently in a bid to acquire the assets of the Holland based company signed a memorandum of understanding. The deal is planned in away where the CPP pay a sum of 15 million pounds to begin with and then within the next 6 years an additional payment of 17 million pounds had to be made. Spyker, the company for which CPP produces the mentioned things is owned by Spyker Cars NV. This is the same company that bough the Saab that was previously owned by General Motors in the previous year. The deal though doesn't include Saab. If the deal goes well and in the pre planned course the world will be witnessing a company concentrating entirely on Estates, convertibles, premium saloons. The amazing fact though would be that will be same company that once produced high performing and luxurious sports car.

Spyker in recent developments has agreed to leave its sport car unit in an attempt to reduce the debts with a Russian businessman in the name of Vladimir Antonov. The former shareholder and chairman of the Spyker will be paying an amount equal to 15 million Euros in exchange for the C8 Aileron and other supercar model maker that sale for 200000 dollars and more. The declaration came on toady by the Netherlands based company named Zeewolde.

The analyst at Amsterdams Effectenkantoor BV, Mr. Martin Crum said over telephone that the step taken is logical, because after the deal the company can easily put its sole effort on the Saab business.
