Canada-based MPVC Inc. has reported that the company has received a letter from Yak Communications Corp. terminating the services agreement, which OneContact, Inc. and Yak signed in January 2007.

An official release stated that, Yak and OneContact, Inc have been working diligently towards negotiating a new services agreement, however, till date no agreement has been reached.

MPVC, Inc., through its subsidiary, OneContact, Inc., provides call center services in the United States and Canada. It primarily offers inbound and outbound call center services.

Yak accounts for a material portion of the company revenues.
