Charlie Sheen seems to be quite fond of legal battles. One is not over and he is into next.

Well known for his role of Charlie Crawford in Spin City, Sheen is already facing charges for abusing from two of his three ex-wives.

He is also in a legal row for the custody of his child against Brooke Mueller, one of his ex-wives.

This time, it is against Warner Bros. The renowned American television star is expected to file petition against the Warner Bros. after they fired him from their show ‘Two and a Half Men’ on March 7, 2011.

The attorney representing Sheen, Marty Singer, stated: "We will sue. It's a matter of when. It could be this week; it could be in a little while. We're in no rush. But we will sue”.

Sheen has reportedly a very bad and tainted past with number of flings with legal issues under various charges slammed against him.

Under the legal name of Carlos Estevez, Sheen has been arrested with felony menacing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
