Telecom Giant Denies the News of Website Hacking

World’s one of biggest telecom operators, Vodafone, claimed that their official website was never hacked. The management was clueless when few posts appeared on its World of Difference website blog, stating that the company has skipped a huge amount of tax which comes around £6 billion. That time this telecom giant indicated that their official website has been hacked.

According to the reports, this was an act of direct action group UK Uncut which was formed few months ago to protest the policy, using which multinational companies can easily avoid paying their taxes. This group has done lots of activity to protest the act of tax skipping.

A group of winners, who took part at the World of Difference programme awards, leaked the Vodafone’s website password to the UK Uncut group. They were angry after coming across the fact that this telecom operator is avoiding huge tax.

But the company straightly took u-turn only after a day saying that their website was not at all hacked. Rumors have been spread due to some misconceptions. After conducting a vast investigation and cross checking, now it is confirmed that World of Difference website was not hacked. The company denied that it has avoided tax of £6 billion.
