Presently the Abu-Dhabi Medical Centre consists of 500 beds, but as told by the managing director and CEO of this group Dr. Shetty, as a part of expansion in its health care portfolio, it has been decided to add another 1000 beds in another 2 years time.

In this Dubai Healthcare City, BR Medical Suites has been launched. This is a medical centre that will provide patients with best of clinical and diagnostic services and that too with renowned industry experts. Day surgical services will also be provided to the patients, which will not only save few pennies of them but would also offer them with quick and efficient services.

The launch ceremony of this centre was a huge event and was attended by a number of known personalities. Qadi Saeed Al Murooshid, the director-general of the Dubai Health Authority, Dr Aisha Abdullah, managing director of Tecom Investments Sciences Cluster, numerous government officials and medical professionals were present during the event.

For providing safe surgical ambulatory and medical care, this BR Medical Suites comprises of 21 fully-equipped clinics. It includes a diagnostic centre, examination rooms and four operating theatres with 10 recovery beds.

With the efforts and sincere dedication of Qadhi Saeed al Murooshid, the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, a major transformation in health care as well as a marked improvement in the quality of health care services has been noticed in last 10 years. He has presented endless options for patients in the country.
