It has recently come out that the people using Apple Macs are more satisfied than the consumers using other computers. Yes, a recent study conducted by ChangeWave Research has found that the level of the customer satisfaction is highest among the people who use Apple Mac computers in United States.
The ChangeWave Research study, released on Wednesday, is centered upon the U. S. market, and it is based on the responses of
3,115 consumers. The study was conducted from February 2 to February 9. The researchers involved in the study questioned 3,115 consumers, who purchased a desktop or laptop in the past 90 days.
According to the study, 81 percent of Mac buyers responded that they were "very satisfied" with their purchase, and 67 percent of the ASUS computer users reported that "very satisfied"; thus ASUS came second in terms of customer satisfaction.
The study noted that 55 percent of Dell users responded in positive note, 52 percent of HP users responded in affirmative, and 50 percent of the recent purchasers of Lenovo computers said they were "satisfied".
The study also did focus on potential buyers of laptops. The study found that Apple was the most preferred brand - 30 percent potential buyers responded that they plan to buy MacBooks or MacBook Pros - while 26 percent answered for Dell and 22 percent for HP.
The study also questioned potential desktop buyers. It found that Dell was leading, with 32 percent potential desktop buyers planning to buy Dell desktop. The study also checked out the recent buyers - 20 percent responded that they bought a Mac notebook, 15 percent reported that they purched a Mac desktop.
