The 13% raise in the income rate of soft drinks maker AG Barr has been noticed. AG Barr drinks to Irn Bru is a big time success, and hence Irn Bru and Rubicon are focusing on the growth within the United Kingdom.

AG Barr said that it showed an outstanding performance in the soft drinks markets. The rise to £31.6 million for the year to January 29 compared with £27.9 million of the previous year has been noted by the maker of Irn Barr.

Despite of the rising food and oil prices, the Sales of the first 8 weeks of this year was ahead of the same time period of the last year.

AG Barr said that inflation was the problem but “faced these challenges with good momentum, a well invested business, excellent operational plans and a strong financial position".

While talking to Reuters, Chief Executive, Roger White said that development has been done by our biggest brand, which is in Irn Bru. He said that Irn Bru will be the long term investment in consumer marketing, sponsorship and our brand-building activities".

Revenue of the company for Irn Bru has been raised by the 10.4%, but the company also includes Rubicon, Tizer, D'N'B.

However, Rubicon sales also been doubled since 2008. Irn Bru sales in northern England have been increased by 10%.

The company has also reduced its debt from £22.1 million to £16.6 million in 2010.
