Southwest Repairing Their Boeing 737’s

The covering of the Southwest Airlines opened up at the stature of 34,000 feet which led to face new inspection to older models 737s around the world; Boeing 737 is a workhorse of international aviation. The airlines and government will take some action after the incident.

The accident led by these older models will led to the repeated examination of all the Southwest flights of the Boeing 737 model. The accident happened on April 1 in Arizona when a 5 foot part of the fuselage tore separately and immediately pilots had to make an emergency landing at a desert military base. Passengers whose head banged around the cabin received overhead oxygen masks.

All airlines have been requested to check its planes and the governments of Japan, Indonesia, South Korea and others have ordered airlines to inspect their planes. Scandinavian airline (SAS) has checked their 737 models. Even, Qantas airlines in Australia have performed similar checks on four of its planes; and New Zealand airlines are also checking their planes without any disruption in air travel or flights.

Meanwhile, Southwest has examined it’s all affected planes; and they have been working with the same lap joints to repair Boeing.
