Reports claimed that Britney Spears and Rihanna have worked together in a remix version of S&M song which was released this morning.

This track was available for the public the same day it was released. In an interview to New York radio station Z-100 Rihanna quoted that , "At first, we didn't know what the song was going to do because of the lyrics, but it became really big on radio and it's #1 at Pop this week. In order to do a remix, it had to be major", she explained. "I asked my fans last week who they wanted me to collaborate with, and Britney was one of the most popular names."

Rihanna in fact asked her 4.4 million tweeter fans regarding whom they want to see in the video version of this song. All the people wanted were Britney.

Rihanna also claimed that she felt a bit strange, as Britney never want to get featured. But this time she did become a part of this track. She liked the beginning part of the song and she really wanted to become a part of this song. It was really special to see two pop artists together sharing the same platform.
