Dotster Inc. signs ‘Definitive Agreement’ & ‘Strategic alliance’ with Sedo

Dotster, Inc., a leading full-service provider of essential resources for businesses to get online and grow online, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its domain monetization service RevenueDirect to Massachusetts-based Sedo, the leading online marketplace for buying and selling domain names and websites.

Apart from the latest move, both companies have also formed a strategic partnership.

Under the arrangement, Sedo customers' will get benefit from Dotster's large inventory and leading registrar presence, while, in return Dotster customers will gain value from Sedo's advanced monetization engines and access to the world's largest domain name marketplace. 

However, the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed by the company.
